We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Sr. Associate to provide white glove service to diverse brands investing in influencer marketing campaigns. This role is particularly focused on campaign execution, including but not limited to driving influencer recruitment, managing influencer partnerships, and owning campaign deliverables, tracking, and reporting. The Influencer Marketing Sr. Associate will also drive strategy by analyzing campaign performance, identifying success areas and/or challenge areas, and proactively implementing strategic measures to continuously optimize programs towards goals and objectives.The successful candidate will have strong experience in developing and managing successful, KPI-driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies. They will have working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate, and the ability to both develop comprehensive strategy as well as capably execute. The successful candidate will be a self-starter that can confidently plug in to any challenging situation with ease and can balance competing priorities well. As influencer marketing is a new service offering for Acceleration Partners, the Influencer Marketing Sr. Associate must be flexible, willing and able to pivot quickly, and excited to operate successfully in an “intrapreneurial” situation. This person will also have a history of working well with their peers, quickly establishing relationships easily and leading through influence.TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:INFLUENCER RECRUITMENT, NEGOTIATING & ONBOARDING – Sources new partnership opportunities and creates influencer casting lists. Diligently vets opportunities to ensure brand alignment, authenticity and relevancy prior to presenting to client for approval. Conducts outreach to approved partners and skillfully garners their engagement and participation in the campaign, negotiating when necessary. Supports influencers through campaign onboarding by developing and providing resources to streamline processes.INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIPS MANAGEMENT

– Crafts program-wide influencer communications and vital creator resources. Guides influencers on content strategy and creation. Works with influencers to develop content timelines and ensures influencers stay on track with the schedules discussed. Collects content drafts and leads the content review process, including screening to ensure FTC guidelines are met. Closely works with influencers to adjust content strategy as needed, troubleshooting any signs of poor performance to optimize campaign towards goals and objectives.AUDITING, REPORTING & ANALYSIS

– Accountable for auditing program content to ensure compliance with FTC regulations and brand guidelines. Ensures content is tracked accurately and regularly shared with client, along with placement insights, partner insights, and campaign pace towards KPI goals. Performs robust analysis of influencer campaigns using both social analytics and conversion metrics to identify performance trends and areas of opportunity. Proactively provides actionable recommendations to client backed by data and continuously refines strategy to drive growth at scale. Supports team in creation of customized strategy plans, detailed campaign performance summaries and comprehensive hindsight presentations that are delivered to clients.CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION - Consistently provides superior client service and escalates issues or key risks as appropriate. Works to ensure client develops trust in our team by delivering client outputs and communications in the AP way, consistently maintaining quality, accuracy, and precision. Develops and nurtures excellent relationships, supports team in promoting very high client satisfaction and retention rates, and an average 8.5 client rating.PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

the Influencer Marketing Sr. Associate is owning execution of the day-to-day operations of multiple influencer programs with little guidance from their team. Challenging client or team situations are being managed with guidance from Associate Director, with Influencer Marketing Manager and Influencer Marketing Sr. Associate collaborating closely to bring a solutions-oriented approach to these situations proactively. Influencer Marketing Sr. Associate is regularly analyzing client data and strategically leveraging insights to optimize campaigns. Client accounts are being handled effectively and strategically, without dropping any balls, and clients are aware of and pleased with this outcome.
