Equipped with a top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad, our Associate Photographers create virtual tours, floorplans and photography for residential homes. Each Associate Photographer is given a core territory in which they are responsible for servicing clients of Homes.com and Apartments.com.Responsibilities:Support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces by capturing beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet our client’s demands.Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management.Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.Physical Requirements of Position:Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.The ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.Qualifications:At least 2 years of professional experience.Real Estate Photography experience required.Strong time management skills and very detail-oriented.Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.Compensation:The Field Researcher position is hourly plus bonus-eligible position.
