Overview:

The Marketing Manager is a crucial figure in our organization, responsible for overseeing developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement using an omni-channel marketing approach. This role builds upon the existing responsibilities of the current Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.Campaign Management:

Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Digital Marketing Management:

Manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. Channels include organic social media, paid social media, Google, and email marketing.Project Management and Continuous Improvement:

Oversee and manage marketing projects from creation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, while implementing best practices and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Team Development:

Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and career discussions.Event Management:

Execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.ABM Management:

Develop and implement ABM strategies to target and engage high-value accounts, while measuring the effectiveness of ABM campaigns.Vendor Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors.Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.Sales Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Salary:

The salary for this role is $72,800 per year. Must be eligible to work in the USA.Location:

Ideally, we are looking for candidates in the Nashville, TN area, but will also consider applicants from GA, NC, TX, UT, and WI. This position is 100% remote.
