Summary:
The main function of a Graphic Designer is to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts. Job Responsibilities:
Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problemsPartner with marketing leads in the delivery of strategic and conceptual work that supports the employer brand story, messaging and value propDemonstrate a strong attention to detail, review and QA creative deliverablesCommunicate the why behind design proposals and concepts in alignment to brand identity and visionCreate design solutions and systems for the implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns digital, social, event materials, print ads, email templates, videos and career siteDesign and develop creative templates and presentationsFind ways to solve for UX problems, developing wireframes and prototypesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines and deliverables
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred5-7 years experience requiredStrong body of work that illustrates design range and ability to create visual systemsBasic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, motion graphics and video editingBasic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of designExpertise in use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), PowerPoint and FigmaKnowledge of HTML, CSS and other web technologies is a plusAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
