Your Role
The Director of Marketing & Communications willbe responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing andcommunication plans to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, andsupport business growth. As a key Leadership Team member, you will take thelead in developing the communications around our company strategy and thepositioning together with the Executive Committee and the Leadership Committee.Next to that you will be responsible for crisis management.This role requires a strategic thinker with a proventrack record in marketing, internal communications, branding, public relations,media relations, digital marketing communications, and crisis communications.Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesthat align with company goals and objectives.
Develop and implementcomprehensive (corporate) communication strategies that align with companygoals and objectives.
Support MarCom activities in the BUsby the corporate team on the creation and execution of marketing campaignsacross various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Supportmarketing and communication activities in the BUs on digital, socialmedia, design.
Manage public relations effortsto enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
Lead the development ofcompelling content for marketing materials, website, social media, andother communication platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing & communicationefforts.
Monitor and report on the effectivenessof marketing and communication strategies.
Manage and mentor a team ofmarketing and communications professionals.
Establish and maintainrelationships with media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders.Support MarComin the BU's by central resources in digital, social media, design etc.
