Job Overview:As a

Content Marketing Specialist,

you'll be responsible for creating and executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, attract new customers, engage associates, and boost brand awareness. From digital ads to script for videos, from social media content to email communications, we need someone who understands digital content and campaign strategy to take our promotional efforts to the next level.This role includes copywriting at a creative level, always looking to optimize digital content for search engines and to better connect with prospective customers. Beyond producing copy, the Content Marketing Specialist plays a key role pushing our creative concepts further, brainstorming new ideas in partnership with designers and digital experts, evaluating new creative apps, vendors, and technology to assist in our creative process, and helping us bring the FirstService Residential brand to life.

This is an opportunity to join a large organization with established training and development programs for long-term career growth in marketing and content production, and to be part of a highly creative team that enjoys collaboration and innovation.Your Responsibilities:In collaboration with sales and marketing teams, create compelling content to connect with prospective clients during each phase of sales and marketing lifecycle, including copy for email communications and digital assets.Act as the copy lead for direct mail and email content targeted to various audience profiles which includes compelling headline/subject lines, concise yet impactful body copy, and effective call to actions.Collaborate with corporate marketing team to execute content marketing and project plans, developing new strategies and content calendars.Research and bring to the team new ideas for campaigns, visuals, and digital assets that can be tested and implemented as part of our brand promotional calendar.Engage in regular, ongoing communication with regional content producers to share best practices and strategies.Skills & Qualifications:Excellent writing skillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in corporate marketing, agency, or corporate communications environment, with direct responsibility for producing content for a variety of topics and audiences.Preferred bachelor's degree in business, journalism, English, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.Outstanding written, verbal, presentation and editing skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsUnderstanding of digital content, formats, and social media content strategyMust be able to adapt style, tone and voice to suit difference communications platformsDemonstrated ability to execute on strategy; strong business acumenTech savvy, strong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTop candidates will be asked to provide work samples and complete a writing assignment.What We Offer:As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision.
