Rubb Building Systems is a leading provider of custom-engineered steel and fabric clad buildings for myriad industries. We are part of the Rubb Industries AS group based in Norway with affiliated companies in the UK, Poland, and Scandinavia.We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and manage our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of technical marketing and be capable of creatively managing all aspects of our marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, content creation, brand management, and project coordination.Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Marketing manager will receive a generous compensation package with a competitive salary commensurate with experience and opportunity for professional growth and career development in a dynamic industry. Our comprehensive benefit package includes employer subsidized Medical Insurance (where Rubb pays approximately 80% of the premium cost); company provided Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability Insurance; 401k with company match; annual profit sharing, subject to board of director approval; affordable Dental and Vision Insurance; paid time for the 9 holidays that Rubb is closed each year; and up to two weeks of Paid Time Off in the first year of employment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and differentiation from others in the market.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, case studies, and presentations.Oversee SEO strategies and manage website development, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and innovation.Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing communications align with our company's values and messaging.Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and i efficiency.Stay current with industry developments, interface with key suppliers and partner companies, and recommend new strategies to enhance our market presence.Unique opportunity to spearhead marketing initiatives for a specialized product line.The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.Required Skills/Abilities:College education with 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in marketing preferred.Technical and construction knowledge preferred.Demonstrated writing and presentation skills.Positive energy level suitable for collaborating with a dynamic sales and operations team.Physical Requirements:Frequent use of a computer while sitting at a desk.Prolonged periods standing and walking when attending trade shows.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Schedule:Our general operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PMThis position is based out of our Sanford, Maine, office.
