Senior Content DeveloperThe Senior Content Developer, Wealth Change Management & Adoption, works in conjunction with the business sponsors and business stakeholders to understand the business process change management goals in order to develop, publish, and maintain content in support of change adoption. The Senior Content Development Associate will have responsibility to act as team leader for more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities and DutiesCreates change management content on a wide variety of topics in a manner that clearly describes the “why/what/how” of change.Works closely with business partners to ensure this content is clear, engaging, understandable, and actionable to associates at various levels of expertise/experience in a way that positively influences behaviors and enables acceptance of change. Builds “trusted peer” relationships with these business partners.Translates complex business processes into easy-to-understand end-user written and/or visual communications.Publishes, updates, organizes, and maintains multi-media change management content distributed across various internal communications channels (Knowledge Exchange, Allego, TIAA.org, Teams, etc.), ensuring ease of consumption and improving the user experience.Works closely on an ongoing basis with business partners to curate this content ongoing to maintain availability, visibility, and ensure speed-to-publishing of new and updated content.Independently leads, socializes, and oversees execution/implementation of changes or enhancements to messaging and communications formats/platforms to maintain clarity and accuracy of messaging, improving access, and driving engagement.

The individual in this role works with subject matter experts to write and develop targeted communications in support of organizational changes to provide awareness and enhance adoption. These communications may include a variety of channels such as emails, newsletters, intranet sites, presentations, and training materials.Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePointMust be experienced in graphic design and visual communications, use of graphic softwareExperience with Microsoft Power Apps preferred but not required

Anticipated Posting End Date:

2024-08-30Base Pay Range: $93,000/yr. - $115,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
