Senior Digital Marketing Manager At Syllable In Remote

Syllable is looking for its first Senior Digital Marketing Manager to design, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This is the perfect role for a self-starter who is excited to build our digital marketing function from the ground up. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, sales team, design team, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Responsibilities Develop our digital objectives, strategies, and programs for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation Build our marketing automation program, creating emails, landing pages, workflows, and campaigns for various lifecycle stages, audiences, and segments. Proactively plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO/SEM and advertising to augment sales efforts Oversee website content, design, and development Responsible for the creative production of all digital assets, including copywriting, design, and image selection Own the management of our marketing automation tool and contact database Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Develop and execute a strategy to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns on a monthly basis Requirements 5years of work experience in digital marketing, ideally in a healthcare B2B setting Demonstrated experience leading and managing email, social media, SEO/SEM, and/or display advertising campaigns Technical expertise with marketing automation; Marketo preferred Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising integrated digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Outstanding writing and design skills Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Ability to travel 10% of the time Benefits The Syllable team comprises healthcare and technology experts that are passionate about product design, engineering, and operational excellence.
