We require the team members to be in the office at least two days per week (Monday and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building.Role Responsibilities:The Product Marketing Manager will be a close partner with the Head of Demand Generation and will own messaging to clients, prospects, partners, and brokers. This position is key in crafting and executing our go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our insurance products are compellingly presented and effectively communicated across all channels. The role demands exceptional project management skills to seamlessly coordinate cross-functional teams, launch innovative marketing campaigns, and drive product adoption. By translating technical features into clear client value, the Product Marketing Manager will elevate Vouch’s market presence and support our growth objectives.Job Duties:Product Positioning and Messaging:

Develop and implement positioning strategies and messaging frameworks that clearly communicate the value of Vouch’s business insurance products to target verticals and various audiences (current clients, prospective clients, and partners such as insurance brokers).Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.Content Creation:

Create high-quality marketing materials, including one-pagers, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations that highlight the benefits and differentiators of Vouch’s insurance products.Sales Enablement:

Equip the sales team with the tools and training needed to effectively communicate product value to potential clients. Develop sales collateral, product demos, and training sessions.Client Marketing:

Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to existing clients to launch new coverages, drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.Client Advocacy:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to gather feedback, generate testimonials, and create case studies that showcase the impact of Vouch’s products.Product Launches:

Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and coordination with product management, sales, and client success teams.Thought Leadership:

Establish Vouch as a thought leader in the business insurance space by contributing to industry publications, supporting our events/conference strategy, and engaging with the broader tech community.About you:5+ years of product marketing experience,

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need.
