Highlight is seeking an experienced Writer/Editor to provide support to a federal customer.Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with graphic designers, editors, strategists, and other key staffProvide extensive technical editing support servicesRead and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Write clearly and effectively for the defined target audience.Collaborate with writers to develop and refine content ideas.Develop graphics for websitesProvide web content support for associated websitesQualifications
Bachelors Degree & three (3) years of relevant experienceAbility to obtain and maintain a public trustExperience providing technical editing and word processing supportExperience providing graphic development and web content management support for a federal agencyIntermediate/advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication (written and oral) skillsDesired Qualifications
Previous experience supporting disaster assistance and/or disaster recovery programs within FEMA or a state and local government agencyAbout Highlight
