Learning Experience/Content Strategist
who can research current processes and pain points and propose new processes and documentation to streamline and gain buy-in from multiple teams.What you’ll doCraft a Seamless Learning Journey: You’ll be responsible for creating a comprehensive learning ecosystem that caters to four distinct groups: designers, Figma engineers, authors, and product managers. This includes developing training materials, documentation, conducting workshops, and ensuring everyone feels empowered to use the design system effectively.Champion Design Thinking: You will be a design thinking evangelist, educating designers on our methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation.What you’ll bring to the teamStrategic Vision: You can see the big picture and develop a clear roadmap to bring that vision to life.Instructional Design Expertise: You have a proven track record of designing engaging and effective learning experiences.Communication Ninja: You excel at creating clear, concise documentation and delivering compelling presentations.Collaboration Champion: You thrive in collaborative environments and can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Design Background: A design background is a plus, especially experience with design systems.Bonus points if you haveExperience working with Adobe products and some experience with Figma.A research background.Content strategy knowledge.
