Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Director, Content Marketing that will bring our brand to life, and work to elevate and improve the performance of our marketing assets across all our channels. You will play a critical marketing leadership role by pioneering Deepwatch’s content strategy across channels, formats, and target segments, which includes producing content that’s well aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP), prospect buying journey, and brand goals. This is a hands-on position that requires a self-starter and strategic thinker who also persistently executes to support high-growth business results.You will build and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals to deliver creative assets that support all marketing efforts. As a key member of the marketing team, you will serve as an evangelist for our brand identity and voice, ensuring that content across our Deepwatch works to represent our brand in a unified and effective way. This position has strong written skills and can turn content into actionable results moving the needle on sales and engagement. You'll also be expected to use data to drive decisions and continually refine our content approach.

In this role you’ll get to:

Develop cohesive strategy and produce engaging content across a variety of written and multimedia formats (website, ads, video, email, materials, etc.), independently and in collaboration with othersServe as go-to content strategist, taking accountability for quality assurance on external communicationsOptimize content for SEO and oversee/implement best practices to improve search rankingsOversee and steer content direction for an accelerated social media strategyAssess content performance metrics and ROI for continuous optimization and data-driven decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally to craft messaging for press releases, product launches, and sales collateralManage our campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery of content assetsSupport strategic partnerships and speaking engagements where appropriateAssume a subject matter expert (SME) role on the team, deeply understanding Deepwatch’s brand, differentiators, methodologies, and service offers, as well as key audience targets and their pain pointsDrive the strategy & development of 360 marketing campaigns across all media types that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and sales growth while maintaining Deepwatch’s brand integrity.Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the Deepwatch’s brand and business objectives.Lead, and motivate a team of creative professionals, including writers, designers, and multimedia specialists.Develop and communicate creative direction and standards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, business objectives and overseeing its execution.Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.Ensures that marketing content reflects the brand's voice and values while meeting the needs of diverse audiences.Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of content strategies.Regularly analyzes and reports on the performance of content initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.Lead and manage agency relationships where appropriate.Ensure creative/brand guidelines are established and adhered to.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to:

Proven content marketing experience, including in leadership rolesDeep understanding of content strategy and SEO, including tactical experienceExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detailExperience creating content for account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns a strong plusDemonstrated ability to communicate complex topics through enticing copy and narrativesProficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, SEO software and Google AnalyticsExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-performance, fast-paced environmentExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work and lead cross-functionallyHave at least a basic understanding of cyber security operations, and the ability to quickly learn and absorb from Deepwatch’s array of security Experts

Statutory Pay Disclosure:

The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000 + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
