JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Marketing Operations will be responsible for collaborating as a strategic business partner and liaison across functional stakeholders (e.g., Commercial Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Corporate teams, etc.) to understand commercial strategies, identify key upcoming initiatives/events, business needs and priorities. Will lead and manage PRC activities and support conference & event planning and execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Promotional Review Committee (PRC) reviews and approval process. Coordinate and facilitate effective and efficient PRC review meetings, managing the needs of cross-functional stakeholders. Serve as organization PRC subject matter expert, including but not limited to scheduling, documentation, and necessary project managing of reviews, ensuring compliance to the process is followed by all functions.

Forecast demand for PRC review and approval of materials for assigned teams. Establish and maintain strategic trusting relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, guiding and influencing collaborative activities and mutual decision making.

Lead communications, review PRC materials, and prepare submissions to the Federal Drug Administration (FDA).

Track and flag items for re-review prior to expiration.

Proactively identify and implement opportunities for PRC process improvement.

Assist marketing where needed with the materials management, printing, and fulfillment needs of the commercial organization.

Assist with identifying and facilitating ongoing conference plans with cross-functional stakeholders.

Assist with the successful planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and other internal meetings.

Ensure compliance with event management processes to enable timely and cost-effective event services and support.

Assist with lead generation and post-event communications, in collaboration with the Conference Team.

Participate in implementing and maintaining effective, efficient, measurable, and sustainable business processes that lead to consistent best-case results while systematically mitigating operational risk.

Adhere to meaningful standards, operational excellence, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory guidelines governing commercial and scientific interactions.

Assist with any other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, and 5+ years related experience in commercial and/or marketing operations within the pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device industry.

Ability to execute with limited resources and pivot to adapt to changing business needs and market situations.

Experience with managing the PRC process, including knowledge of U.S. requirements and guidelines. International experience a plus.

Proficiency in event/conference management including planning, facilitation, execution, on-site operations, and vendor management.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other productivity software.

Proficiency with the Veeva Vault platform. Experience with PromoMats or similar software preferred.

Ability to execute with limited resources, quickly pivoting direction based on current market situations.

Demonstrate cross-functional engagement with colleagues within our dynamic environment.

May be required to travel domestically or internationally up to 40% of the time for internal and external meetings inclusive of on-site conference management which may include occasional weekends and holidays.

In addition to travel, the position will require interactive activities or tasks (e.g., conference logistics: room set-up, lifting, transporting, and/or distributing materials, etc.).

At ARS, we are proud to offer a highly competitive compensation & benefits package.

The full-time salary range for this posted position is $130,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus. Actual pay rates are determined by considering multiple factors including qualifications, relevance of experience, education & credentials, subject matter expertise, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
