The Content Specialist on the Digital Publications team will help drive storytelling across internal and external channels that supports Lam Research’s long-term objectives. You’ll join a demanding, innovative, high-performing, and encouraging team and report to the editor-in-chief of Digital Publications.What You’ll Do

Write, curate, edit, and publish multimedia content across our intranet, internal channels, and our external blog to tell Lam’s story as a technology innovator and a critical leader in the semiconductor industry.

Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to create business and cultural stories that build belief in Lam’s technology and brand.

Inspire employees through creative content.

Use data and analytics to iterate and innovate how stories are told and delivered.

Embrace new responsibilities as they emerge.

Who We’re Looking For

A sincere desire to succeed, grow, and evolve on a demanding and innovative team.Outstanding written and verbal skills and a passion for storytelling.Minimum of three to five years of experience in communications, journalism, storytelling, or a related field.A knack for translating complex subjects into simple and effective language across various mediums for a global audience.Strategic and creative thinking skills to talk about complex and mind-blowing technology and advancements in ways that are understandable, interesting, and delightful.Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to persuade and inspire others through rhetoric and data.Dexterity in working both autonomously and collaboratively.The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and to change direction on the fly.The capacity to work quickly and decisively.A growth mindset and a hunger to experiment with new ways of storytelling.Willingness to accept feedback and constructive criticism.An eye for detail.Preferred Qualifications
