Position Summary:Supports the day-to-day marketing activities and programs for WRBP, WRPros and all product brands as it relates to trade shows, events, strategic partnerships, architect programs and loyalty programs. This includes participation in planning, developing, implementing, maintaining and managing related budgets, programs and projects.Duties and Responsibilities:(in order of importance)Trade shows and events - point person on all regional trade shows, media events and strategic partner events (QR Top 500, LBM Strategies, Dave Yoho Summit), including attendees, coordination, logistics and asset creation to support events.Responsible for managing lead process and reporting ROI for campaigns surrounding events and trade shows.Work with our teams across divisions to maintain trade show calendar and show outlines.Supports the development of appropriate trade show/event campaign materials, web content as well as sales and marketing tools, promotions, and social media posts for assigned brands. Proofread copy, artwork, etc., to ensure brand consistency and messaging.Active participation in brainstorming social and industry trends to develop exciting and appealing social content while engaging new and current customers.Assist with management of architect related programs such as CADdetails, BIMSmith, AEC Daily, etc.Work with marketing and product management team to support the development, implementation, and management of special programs such as contractor training and architect presentations.Support the Pros Perks Program by understanding functionality, approving new members, managing exclusions, developing reports and creating new promotional campaigns/training programs.Experience and Skills:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing environment.Effective understanding of latest technologies and how to apply them to marketing and/or building products industry.Project management skills.Team facilitation and work collaboratively in a team atmosphere.Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people, internal and external.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment.Ability to translate business and technical concepts into function specification documents.Flexibility to travel to tradeshows, events and vendors - 15 -20%.Education and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.Technology:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
