We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media/Marketing Manager and Content Creator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing content for our luxury hospitality brand’s social media pages. They will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our brand. Additionally, they will be involved in event planning, marketing material organization, and supporting other marketing initiatives as needed.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the restaurant's overall marketing planCreate and publish engaging content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokMonitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media in a timely mannerWork with the marketing team to plan and execute social media advertising campaignsMonitor social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust the strategy as necessaryCollaborate with the restaurant's team to generate new content ideas and maintain a consistent brand voiceStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategyCollaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and promote eventsAssist with the organization and distribution of marketing materialsDevelop and maintain relationships with influencers and media outlets to promote the brandAssist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiativesQualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to create engaging social media content (including graphics and videos)Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practicesExperience with social media management toolsExperience with content creation, including photography and videographyExperience with event planning and executionThe successful candidate will have a passion for social media and creating engaging content, a desire to learn and grow, and a commitment to delivering results.
