We develop strategic marketing solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech and health-and-wellness clients around the world.Responsibilities:Brand owner at the Art Supervisor levelProvide creative leadership and art standards for multiple brands as neededPartner with Copy Supervisor on brand concept developmentCreate partnership approach with peers from other departments on client's business-creative visionActs as a hands-on Art DirectorStrategic Thinking: Anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; help create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans.Ability to manage the creative process, workflow, workload, and resources among writing groupConceptual Creativity: Ability to think in abstract terms and formulate innovative ideas.360-Degree Channel Marketing Mind-Set: Familiarity with leveraging and combining all media to promote a Brand.Presentation Skills: Effective in various presentation settings; instills respect and manages meeting flow.Demonstrating Ownership and Proactivity: Continually coming up with new ideas proactively.Willingness to be Flexible: Works beyond what is described in job description as needed.Requirements:4+ years' experience in healthcare agency setting --primarily HCP experienceAbility to grasp a thorough understanding of client's business/category and demonstrate a best in class creative approach.Demonstrated success in strategic and concepting skillsSupervisory and client facing experienceThe anticipated hourly rate for this position is $85/hr but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.At GSW, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
