A strong foundational knowledge of paid search, paid social and display advertising is required for this job. You will be responsible for optimizing, managing, and expanding our marketing campaigns across paid media channels to drive improvements in our acquisition metrics and to support our customer acquisition goals.What you’ll do:Execute day-to-day implementation, testing, and optimization of channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display Network, Criteo, and TikTok.Support the Media team’s strategic monthly/quarterly budgeting and goals, daily campaign monitoring, and optimizations.Assist with weekly/monthly reporting and support ad-hoc performance report creation.Present complex data sets to senior leadership in a clear and understandable way.Write compelling and innovative ad copy and refresh ads to drive continuous improvements in performance.Analyze campaign, keyword, and ad performance. Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations.Conduct keyword research and identify new advertising opportunities for paid search campaigns.Monitor search queries mapping to paid search campaigns and make recommendations for negatives.Track paid search auction insights and impression share trends.Evaluate new paid media opportunities and assist with the testing of new channels.Collaborate cross-functionally with team members in marketing and creative to align on key messaging and campaign objectives.Work with analytics team to develop new reporting as needed.Proactively learn about industry trends and best practices in paid media and new innovative ways to reach new customers.

Who you are:

You are both creative and data-driven. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and you enjoy optimizing and measuring the performance of paid media campaigns. You can work autonomously when uploading large quantities of changes to our search accounts. You consider yourself to be naturally curious and a problem solver. At the same time you have a strong eye for design and have a knack for writing compelling ad copy. In addition, you have:3-5 years experience at a media agency or similar role.Expert level understanding of Paid Search (Google and Bing), both with metrics and definitions. Bonus points for experience with SA360.Experience managing paid social campaigns on Facebook and TikTok.Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4.Analytical and critical thinking skills, able to gather actionable insights from large data sets.Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.Strong writing skills and a good eye for design.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bonus points if you have: Experience with Tableau, Pinterest ads, or Native advertising.
