POSITION OBJECTIVEWorking in collaboration with the Graduate and Professional Enrollment Marketing Team and key stakeholders, the specialist will support the execution of data-driven digital marketing campaigns and strategies that position graduate and professional enrollment programs to raise awareness, attract initial interest and maintain ongoing engagement among prospective students. The specialist will monitor relevant data and insights from colleagues and program stakeholders to develop concepts and messaging for digital campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google. This individual will support launching campaigns on respective digital platforms, as well as continuous monitoring, enhancing, and reporting of campaigns. Finally, the individual will adapt copy to the nature of the programs and audiences for the pieces, while consistently maintaining Case Western Reserve's distinct style and tone.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Collaborate with the Graduate and Professional Enrollment Marketing team and key stakeholders to understand program priorities and timelines; assist in developing marketing strategies with specified objectives and tactics. (10%)Develop, launch, monitor and report on digital campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google. Determine key audiences and targeting approaches, develop compelling ad copy, continually review results and share insights and recommendations and report out to internal and external stakeholders. (75%)Provide support with messaging and copy for additional efforts, including print pieces, emails, digital ads, etc. Work with colleagues to ensure alignment between digital ad campaigns and images/design themes and messages of other outreach efforts. ( CONTACTSDepartment: Frequent contact with UMC staff, especially graduate and professional enrollment.University: Contact with program leaders, institutional officials, faculty, staff, students and alumni.External: Occasional contact with university institutional partners, vendors and professional peers.Students: Little to no interaction with students.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYNo supervisory responsibility.QUALIFICATIONSExperience: At least two years of digital campaign experience, focused on launching campaigns across platforms. Two years writing experience, with an emphasis on marketing/advertising copy required.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.REQUIRED SKILLS

This position is eligible for hybrid/remote work arrangements.Hybrid EligibilityThis position is eligible for hybrid work arrangement up to two remote days per week at the discretion of the department.
