Tasks & responsibilities

As Senior Manager Environmental Sustainability you will establish environmental sustainability targets for the Global Supply AH network in alignment with BI's overall sustainability development targetsYou will work closely with GSAH sites to foster a network of collaboration and continuously improve the baseline of performance for environmental sustainability within GSAHAlso you will work closely with Global Supply Strategy and executive AH leadership to support translation and measurement of environmental sustainability initiatives for overall BIAH performanceMoreover, you will represent BIAH within Corporate EHS & Sustainability working groups for environmental sustainabilityThrough your connections in the global network, you will support the talent development activities at GSAH sites and ensure that talented engineers are visible to Global Supply Leadership.With your excellent communication skills, you will be able to build consensus among diverse cultures, functions and leadership levels to develop a common global mindset.

Requirements

Master degree in Science or BusinessSeveral years of professional experience in Engineering / environmental sustainability fieldProject management expertise with a proven track record of successful projects with first experience in Agile ManagementFirst experience in Leadership and experience with managing project teams or small teamsExperience in coaching and training of employeesProfessional Certification in Business Process Excellence, SIX SIGMA, Continuous Improvement, or similar is beneficialExcellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional language skills in German, French, Portuguese or Chinese are an asset
