to join our dynamic marketing team. This pivotal entry-level role will primarily revolve around two key functions: facilitating the seamless upload of approved content to our website and orchestrating the dissemination of internal and external emails. The ideal candidate will exhibit a genuine passion for digital marketing, possess a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in collaborative environments where cross-functional teamwork is paramount.In this role, you will work closely with our esteemed Research Department, ensuring that their valuable insights are effectively communicated to our audience through our digital platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate internally with our Digital Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager of Email Automation to streamline processes and optimize our email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload approved content to the company’s Sitecore-based websites and intranet, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Maintain documentation and a functional understanding of the firm's website and intranet, ensuring all content is current and accessible.Create multiple internal and external emails each week utilizing pre-built templates.Test and distribute internal and external emails focused on company-provided research using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Constant Contact, ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.Assist in the design and implementation of email strategies to enhance engagement with content.Aid in testing and refining email strategies to improve overall digital engagement with content.Identify and address inefficiencies in lead management and email communications.Set up all email campaigns as projects in the department’s task management system and report on support Monthly.Assist in preparing and distributing website and email analytics reports monthly, quarterly, and annually using GA4.Support the evaluation of metrics in Sitecore’s Experience App and GA4 to inform optimization strategies for research content distribution.Professional Experience / Qualifications:

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and email marketing best practices.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), with a preference for Sitecore.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hootsuite, Sitecore).Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Constant Contact.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web content updates.Prior experience in a marketing or communications role, including internships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams.Must have or will be expected to become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry including terminology.
