Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate annual compliance reviews for each financial piece in a content library, including timely copy edits or assessment of whether to keep the content active for external use.Implement processes to streamline or consolidate content.Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.Ensure content aligns with current consumer trends and regulatory changes.Collaborate with partners to gain approval for use at external broker/dealer firms.Proactively review and address process roadblocks to ensure content remains actively available for use by external financial professionals.Provide input on improving content management strategies and processes.Utilize AI tools and insights to enhance content effectiveness and engagement.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in content management within the financial services sector.Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of retirement planning (RP) and related consumer trends.Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content strategies.This is a virtual role; however, the team meets in person every week, but that is not required.This is an individual contributor role and reports to the Director of Marketing.Our client is a leading
