Immediate opening for an Assistant Editor in our post finishing and color departmentPosition: Online Assistant Editor - Full time, onsite - Raleigh NC
Ideal candidates would have an interest in working in post production, specifically as an assistant editor in our post finishing/color department and be familiar with software used in post-production finishing as well as digital/tapeless workflows. Must have a positive attitude, and be skilled in constantly interacting and working with people.
Responsibilities will include:Placing and editing graphics, lower thirds, subtitles and creditsBlurring sensitive content (logos, phone numbers, personal information, etc)Prepping sequences for audio, color and online finishingOutputting review fils and final renders/deliverables for streaming and broadcast
Please apply if you meet the following minimum requirements:Willing to learn new skills/workflow and work within a teamExcellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skillsAbility to take initiative, troubleshoot and problem solve creativelyFamiliarity with Avid, Premiere, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, After Effects (All preferred, but training is available)
