We are seeking a Marketing Producer to support our client's larger marketing team within the Services division. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various disciplines within marketing, fulfilling the day-to-day needs for end-to-end marketing campaigns.Description:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with media strategy leads, channel leads, creative strategists, and analytics teams to build informed recommendations and campaign plans. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and multitask in a dynamic environment.You will assist the strategy team in planning and buying media on paid channels, as well as supporting non-paid channels like owned organic social. You will manage the workflow between external and internal media teams, support and contribute to status agendas, creative trafficking, budget tracking, media recommendations, weekly reporting, and campaign wrap reports. Additionally, you will project manage campaigns from briefing through launch, ensuring deadlines are met, requirements are fulfilled, and teams have what they need to meet launch timelines.Key Qualifications:Understanding of the different functional areas contributing to the marketing campaign lifecycle, including social media planning, media strategy, ad trafficking, marketing measurement, and analytics.Prior experience working with marketing teams and a general understanding of end-to-end marketing campaign processes.Experience in campaign management, including budget management, social media trackers, creative spec sheets, trafficking documents, etc.Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram.Experience with project management and resource management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus.Ability to build partnerships and work with cross-functional teams across multiple business functions.Experience in music, entertainment, or other subscription services is a plus.Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Eager to tackle complex problems and driven to find the best solutions.Aptitude for project management, process, and administrative duties.Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40/hr.
