Portland, OR area
to share Renewal by Andersen products and services to homeowners that are visiting and attending events throughout the Portland area. This job is best suited for an individual who enjoys working with the public, being physically active throughout their day, is confident communicating, has flexibility in their schedule, and is willing to learn new things on an ongoing basis.
Hourly pay is $19/hr, but with our UNCAPPED BONUSES our average representatives earn $25+ per hour.We are looking for staff to work events throughout the year. You will be using your own vehicle for traveling to event locations and transporting materials. We offer a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Not your typical 9-5 job. Our employees choose their hours 2-3 weeks in advance and are assigned shifts based on that availability. A typical schedule would be working 2-3 days per week for 4 - 6 hours per shift.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE:
The purpose of this position is to support the non-traditional marketing efforts of Renewal by Andersen of Oregon. This role is essential to nurturing good working relationships with potential customers as well as producers of events. The primary objective is to inform potential customers about our product, representing the company professionally and ultimately setting appointments for a consultation.Setup and tear down of events in different locations in our territoryInteracting with the general public and informing them about our productAdvising on projects they may be considering and how we can helpScheduling appointments for a free in-home consultation with our sales teamBeing friendly and talking to anyone and everyoneOccasional meeting in the office for performance review and refresher trainingOther duties as needed for the upkeep of equipment in support of field effortsSetting quality appointments with homeownersMeeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelinesHandling every prospect, customer, and co-worker with empathy and world-class serviceWHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON:
