Inceed has partnered with a growing retail company to help find a skilled User Interface (UI) Designer to join their team!As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing the visual elements of this company’s digital platforms, ensuring they are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in design software, and a deep understanding of user experience principles.Responsibilities:
Designing website landing pages, banners, graphics, and background designs based on project requirements and brand guidelines.Selecting colors, fonts, images, and layouts that align with the company’s style and branding.Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and content creators to ensure designs meet business objectives.Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate on designs.Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of experience in website design or graphic design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.Portfolio of design projects that demonstrates strong visual design skills and creativity.Preferred Skills:
