to manage all events and other marketing projects.Who is your future team?The Southeast Marketing Team consists of 4 persons today, based out of the Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Atlanta, GA offices, with expectations of growing in the future. You will work with the Area Marketing Manager on strategy, coordination and execution of all events and other business area marketing initiatives. Fort Lauderdale, FL or Atlanta, GA area.You will love this position if:You love connecting and interacting with customers, partners and co-workersYou embrace creativity to come up with innovative ideas, events and marketing initiativesYou enjoy planning and executing offsite events from A to ZYou see yourself as a detail-oriented individualWhat you’ll do as an Area Marketing Coordinator:Act as a Brand Ambassador to ensure consistency in the Business AreaCoordination and execution of all offsite events and tradeshows, including but not limited to calendar/tour management, staffing, logistical operations, vendor management, catering, literature and giveaway sourcing and procurement, etc.Act as the point person for all internal (Southeast Business Area) and external stakeholders (partners, end customers, venues, etc.)Onsite support of events whenever requiredWork within given project budgets, including committed spend, invoice processing, and cost accrualMaintain and own event reporting by using Eventbrite and SalesforceManage event feedback and metrics, formatting for analysis and providing suggestions for future improvements.Evaluate events and conferences within the designated sales region as potential opportunities for Axis presenceStrategize with the Area Marketing Manager and Area Sales Managers to create successful marketing initiatives for the local areaAdditional marketing projects and duties (internal and external) as assignedWhat you will need:Outgoing, welcoming and professional demeanorExcellent attention to detailExceptional organizational skillsAbility to responsibly prioritize in a time sensitive environmentEffective verbal and written communicatorQuick problem solvingFlexible team playerOverall tech-savvy and willing to learnEvent planning/hospitality experienceEducation and Experience:1+ year experience in marketing2+ years experience specializing in eventsBachelor’s degree in marketing or related fieldExperience with CRM and marketing automation preferredPhysical demands:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. $60,000-63,000 annually
