Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking marketing ideas/campaigns that resonate with our target audience and set us apart from competitorsOversee the creation and execution of our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channelsManage B2C and B2B efforts, using prioritization skills to help keep all action efforts moving seamlesslyGenerate monthly/quarterly marketing calendars to ensure internal visibility and alignment to key activityManage and optimize campaigns, utilizing A/B testing and other methods to maximize ROIUtilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and continuously improveAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growthStay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovationMentor and inspire a team of talented marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learningCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and go-to-market timingYou’ll Also Need

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fieldProven experience as a Digital Marketing Director, with a track record of successful digital campaignsSolid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email campaigns, and content marketingStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamCreativity, imagination, and a collaborative spiritExcellent time-management and organizational skillsComfort level working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
