The Contents Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned Contents crews from start to finish. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. Oversee the Contents Team’s daily operations pertaining to cleaning staff in all franchise locations from start to finish.Maintain all communication between their team, scheduler, and Operations Manager at each location.Generate estimates and scopes for all projects and delegate when necessary.Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.Oversee the training regimen for all locations to ensure the overall team is compliant.Photo inventory customer’s contents including accurate documentation of pre-existing damage.Packing/unpacking customer personal belongings, loading/unloading box trucks.Pad wrapping furniture and larger items.Work in Contents Track within Xactimate.Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.Industry certifications strongly preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.Effective written and oral communication skills.Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.Required Education:

High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.Ability to wear a respirator for their safety due to potentially being exposed to fumes or airborne particles.Typical Work Hours:

The person in this role will typically work Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., committing to a total of 45 hours per week.This role involves a willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.Travel Requirements:
