The position will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing high-quality guests for the Matthews Mentality Podcast. Additionally, this role will involve sourcing and securing speaking opportunities for Kyle Matthews, CEO of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, to enhance his visibility and reach within relevant industries and communities.We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will help catapult the Matthews Mentality Podcast into a top-ranking podcast.Key Responsibilities:
Guest Procurement for Podcast:
Research and identify potential high profile podcast guests who align with the Matthews Mentality Podcast’s themes and audience.Reach out/pitch to potential guests via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.Manage guest bookings, including scheduling, pre-interview preparation, and follow-ups.Ensure guests have a seamless experience before, during, and after their appearance on the podcast.Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals for outbound efforts (calls/emails) as well as achieve targets for guests.Speaker Engagement:
Identify and pursue speaking opportunities for Kyle Matthews, including podcasts, conferences, webinars, workshops, keynote opportunities and panels.Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, industry leaders, and campus organizations.Assist in the preparation of speaking proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, including travel arrangements and on-site support.Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with podcast guests, speakers, and industry contacts.Act as a point of contact for all guest and speaker-related inquiries.Maintain a database of contacts, tracking interactions and opportunities.Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote podcast episodes and speaking engagements.Leverage social media and other marketing channels to highlight guest appearances and Kyle Matthews’ speaking engagements.Requirements:
Demonstrate persistence, tenacity and the ability to handle objections.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.Resides in Nashville.Preferred Requirements:
Experience in lead generation of sales a plus.Established network of industry contacts and potential podcast guests.
