The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement. This role requires excellent editing and proofreading skills, proficiency in WordPress and social media platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for content creation, proofreading, digital marketing, and community engagement, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company's goals.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:Edit and proofread book drafts to ensure high-quality content.Proofread captions, statics, reels, and newsletters for accuracy and consistency.Compose engaging lead magnet text to attract and convert leads.Upload lead magnets and testimonials to WordPress.Write and edit blogs, including creating compelling blog covers and captions.Optimize and publish blogs on WordPress and post them on LinkedIn.Digital Marketing and Communication:Write and send the Friday email to clients.Invite individuals to join the Facebook group.Share company posts in relevant Facebook groups.Send personalized emails to clients regarding VEs' birthdays.Administrative Support:Keep accurate records of meeting minutes.Schedule, coordinate, and record the minutes of marketing meetings.Community Engagement:Post content and engage with the VA Facebook group to foster community engagement.Edit and post birthday greetings, commendations, and anniversary greetings.Event Coordination:Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing events.Promote the brand and events in Facebook and TikTok comments.Team Management:Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the team.Requirements & Qualifications:Proven experience in spearheading projects and managing a team.Strong editing and proofreading skills.Proficiency in WordPress and LinkedIn.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in creating and optimizing digital content.Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook and TikTok.Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (11 PM to 8 AM Philippine Time).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.Knowledge of SEO best practices.Familiarity with email marketing platforms.Creativity and an eye for design.Job Type:
