This candidate must be passionate about marketing, lead generation, lead acquisition and lead conversions. Implementing these marketing strategies will include research, preparation, development, and follow-up of successful, integrated campaigns incorporating digital and traditional marketing with knowledge of how they work together. The ideal candidate has acquired both breadth and depth across all marketing disciplines, is able to set both the strategic direction and roll up sleeves to execute directly and/or through other resources and possess an entrepreneurial nature and ability to drive results in a fast-changing environment. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:Lead and mentor team of Marketing Specialists, setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and offering guidance and support to ensure collective success and professional development within the department.Develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies for the organization that maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness, reinforcing the company’s brand identity and values.Evaluate and manage robust marketing plans tailored to each property to boost leasing activity and foster resident engagement.Set marketing KPI’s (key performance indicators) and conduct thorough audits to ensure marketing campaigns are accurately set up and performing as expected.Direct and implement advertising campaigns and marketing materials across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Assess campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization, fostering ongoing improvement and data-driven decision-making.Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor digital marketing efforts on various platforms, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Ads, organic traffic and lead conversions.Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, capitalize on opportunities, and overcome challenges in the multifamily housing sector.In conjunction with the Sales Director, produce and/or update digital content and creative for each asset and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement.Support the leasing efforts of the property management teams by creating and improving upon current leasing materials to provide a seamless leasing experience for all customers.Uphold and enhance reputation management efforts across online platforms and communities, safeguarding a positive brand image and promptly addressing any issues to maintain brand integrity and recognition.Evaluate and negotiate contracts for site ILS partners as needed based on site performance.Manage third-party vendors for marketing deliverables and build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.With the Sales Director, oversee the customer journey, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with brand values and leasing goals.Manage Pillar Branding strategies and event collateral to maintain brand consistency and presence.Support property management teams by creating and improving leasing materials and ensuring consistent signage standards across communities.Oversee the marketing setup for new property acquisitions and/or lease-ups, encompassing the management of all marketing collateral, systems setup, and branding visuals.Lead marketing initiatives tied to Corporate promotion, Investor/Fund relations, and Brand identity.Lead content creation for diverse purposes such as blogs, videos, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership presentations, with a special focus on investment narratives to forge alignment with organization goals and brand values.Direct the creation of investment-related materials, including pitch decks and investor communications, articulating unique value propositions.Coordinate needed PR with creation and distribution of press releases and media kits, managing company representation, crisis communication, providing prompt and strategic responses to media inquiries or social media escalations.Oversee internal company content, including newsletters, branding guidelines, HR communications, and corporate initiatives.The ideal Marketing Manager will have:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field5+ years of related experience, including experience in MultifamilyExpertise in optimizing lead generation through SEO/SEM, PPC, keyword research and Google AnalyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think creatively and innovativelyStrong analytical abilities with experience developing strategic marketing plansProven track record of achieving marketing goals and reporting on performance metricsHands-on experience managing social media platforms, content creation and engagement tracking, familiarity with META Business Suite being a plusGraphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plusProject management skills with experience balancing multiple priorities, deadlines and budgetsDynamic leader with strong teamwork and interpersonal skillsWe are proud to offer many Benefits & Perks at Ackermann Group including:Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement program with company matchPaid time off and holidaysEmployee rent discount to live at any Ackermann communityCareer coaching and developmentCompany engagement events
