This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and leading the sales and marketing team. Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and support to the team.Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales performance.

Marketing Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing materials.

Performance Metrics:

Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.Set performance goals and track progress against objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing management across multiple industries.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools, HubSpot experience is a plus.Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in sales and marketing.Benefits:
