Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.The Team and Role:Join our team as an Etail Customer Marketing Specialist reporting to the ANZ Marketing Manager at Logitech, where you'll have the unique opportunity to spearhead our online customer marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. With a focus on enhancing the customer path to purchase, you'll be responsible for driving compelling online content, managing key retail partnerships, and driving our marketing strategies on Amazon and Logitech's Direct to Consumer website.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. In this role you will:Work with the Virtual Etail Team to ensure all key retailers receive top-quality content, including product images and descriptions, that aligns with our brand messaging and meets customer purchase factors.Collaborate with Brand Marketing Specialists and Account Managers to maintain consistency in our branding across all customer touchpoints.Manage and execute marketing strategies on Amazon, coordinating with the Account Manager to align with promotional activities and ensure brand visibility within the marketplace.Direct media agencies to support both Amazon Ads and Amazon retail teams to align on advertising strategies.Handle the setup of new products and product updates on Amazon, ensuring all elements such as images, product descriptions, and A+ content are submitted.Partner with the account manager to plan and execute promotional strategies for the Logitech Website, while ensuring the website is merchandised correctly and up to date with product offerings.Collaborate with the global etail team to lead and adapt the strategy for ANZ across Amazon, DTC and Etail.Develop and implement paid media plans to increase awareness and promote site activities.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:Proven experience in online customer marketing with a track record of successful content management for retail partners.Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and experience with Amazon advertising and promotional mechanisms.Proficiency in ecommerce operations and a demonstrated ability to drive growth on a DTC platform.Competency in analytical tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, with a keen interest in expanding analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Skills:Proficiency in Google Sheets and the Google Suite Ecosystem is required.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong organisational and project management skills.Familiarity with the Amazon Platform and ecosystem.Knowledge of ecommerce marketing strategies and platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand presentation and marketing efforts.
