We are seeking a Dental Specialty Marketing Coordinator to help market Endodontic Associates, a large endodontic practice made up of nine office locations, fourteen endodontists, serving southeast Michigan. The focus of the Marketing Coordinator is to increase patient referrals from many dental providers covering Southeast Michigan, while strengthening our professional reputation and relationships with the referring general dentists in these surrounding areas. This position will be based out of the Endodontic Associates Support Center in Bloomfield Hills. You will work closely with the Director of Operations for Endodontic Associates Michigan along with the Office Managers at each of the nine offices, the treating Endodontists, and staff to generate an individual marketing plan for each office location.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a keen understanding of industry and local market trends affecting patient flow into the nine locations and identify recommended marketing changes in response to these business changes to ensure the required volume of patients to support the business needs.Determine the most efficient and effective communications with referring doctors and their staff to build relationships with existing/new referring doctors to increase patient volumes.Conduct quarterly marketing meetings with each of the office managers, doctors, and staff.

Develop a detailed strategic target list of referring doctors for each EA office location every year.Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, tactics and budget for each individual office location.

Develop local media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in local print, dental societies, and social media.

Define and manage all social media strategy and content including our company website to engage with both referring dentists and their patients.Manage Google search engines.Manage Swell reviews.

Regularly visit existing and potential referring dentist offices for all nine locations.

Determine the most efficient and effective communications and drop-off “gifts” for various dental offices based on current and potential revenue being generated from each referring dentist.

Directly purchase or create the drop-off items (e.g., gift baskets).

Order and coordinate referring dental office appreciation events (e.g., catered lunches).

Develop, execute, and track all events such as 1:1 lunches between EA doctors and referring doctors, offsite appreciation events for targeted general dentist offices, Referring Doctor staff events, CE Seminars, Study Clubs, Internal company events (Dr Receptions/Meetings/Holiday).

Keep track of referral business increases and decreases at each office and take actions to address with attention as needed.Monitor, analyze and communicate marketing results monthly (at minimum) with EA managers and doctors.

As one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other responsibilities as assigned.Your BackgroundYou are a resourceful marketing specialist who loves building and developing relationships via multiple channels (in-person, digital, and print). You are excited by the prospect of a patient leaving your office healthier, stronger, and happier each day. You are a kind, passionate, and collaborative problem-solver who can proactively adjust to shifting priorities and values the chance to make an important impact.You also have the following:BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications.Prior experience within the dental industry preferred; experience within a dental specialty is a plus.Prior B2C and B2B marketing experience preferred.Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing campaigns at a local level.Successful history of using quantitative and qualitative results to track marketing performance and define go-forward strategy and implementation.Experience with social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.Experience cultivating relationships with other local businesses and their staff.Experience and high-level of comfort developing business relationships through both direct in-person interactions and written communications.Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; experience with any marketing-related software/tools is a plus.Exceptional interpersonal skills with keen observational skills within a dynamic, group setting and within 1-on-1 interactions.Event planning experience preferred.Travel/Reliable Transportation - Must be willing to travel to all southeast MI locations and additional 10-mile radius surrounding each practice.If this sounds like you, you will fit right in with the team!Why You Should Join Our TeamA career with us is a chance to work with everyone involved in the future of Specialty dental care.
