*This is a hybrid role – onsite Tuesday-Thursday*Overview:Design graphics and videos for PE’s communications teamWrite effective messages for executives and the divisionAccelerate collaboration across PE groups utilizing various platformsAdvance organizational and leadership communications capabilitiesTrusted communications partner and coach across the organizationResponsibilities:Create various graphics and videos to serve PE’s communications needsWrite compelling messages and stories for the PE divisionsWork with internal business partners (HR, Leadership, etc.) to ensure alignment with company policies and goalsExecute communications that inform, engage, and inspire our team in an accurate and timely mannerManagement of core communication channels and vehicles, ensuring alignment of themes, strategy and messagesStrengthening employee engagement to and advocacy of the brand and culture through targeted campaigns including: consistency in branding and delivery; evaluating the ongoing needs of the business to deliver the right communication via the right channelAs a content creator and thought leader, oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of internal website and other digital channelsStay abreast of emerging communications trends and establish best practicesCreate and/or facilitate Division MeetingsWhat you bring:Bachelors in communications, graphic design or equivalent experienceStrong project management skills are requiredMust be able to create a project from beginning to end, set targets, meet deadlines, and measure performanceExperience in photography and photo editingExperience in video production and editingStrong graphic design skills for print and digitalCustomer-first attitudeStrong skills using the Adobe Creative Suite of design softwareWhat you

bring:Experience in event engagement/planningExperience in animationExperience in 3D modelingThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $37/hr.
