Overview:

Individual will be meticulous and proactive to support the marketing team across various operational functions. This role is crucial for maintaining digital assets, managing website content, overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating photoshoots, and ensuring quality control through copy editing. Additionally, this position involves organizing logistics for trade shows and events throughout the year.Supervisor:

Creative Marketing ManagerResponsibilities:Trade Shows/Events:

Coordinate all aspects of trade show logistics:Arrange hotel accommodation and register badges for team members.Complete show order forms accurately and on time.Manage shipments and inventory of booth materials.Oversee onsite booth setup and breakdown. When applicable, this requires travelling to the event.Organize event-related logistics such as dinner reservations.Maintain detailed records of all show activities, including photos.Organize NF participation in all other events which include but are not limited to:Community berry festivalsPartner events such as the Blueberry SymposiumPhotography Assets/Photoshoots:

Collaborate with the marketing team to determine ongoing photography needs.Schedule and coordinate logistics for photoshoots as required.Website Content Maintenance:

Upload new content and update existing content on the company website as required.Copy Editing:

Review written materials for grammatical and stylistic accuracy.Conduct a first-round review of press releases and Q&As from the PR team to ensure consistency and clarity.Digital Asset Management (DAM):

Maintain and update the DAM platform:Add new files and remove previous versions as necessary.Ensure consistency across file names and folder structures.Add relevant metadata for easy search and retrieval.Manage the marketing team's SharePoint:Organize content systematically for easy access.Act as an expert resource to assist team members in accessing necessary files.Fulfill asset requests from Sales and external partners as necessary.Administrative Support:

Ensure timely payment of invoices, obtaining approval from senior team members as needed.Monitor accounting processes and follow up as necessary to ensure accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree preferred2+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.Proficiency with digital asset management tools (e.g., Air, SharePoint) and content management systems (CMS).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Microsoft Office proficiency: Adobe Suite proficiency preferred.Exempt Position
