The Marketing Specialist supports the Director of Operations as well as firm Principals in the pursuit of new business. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize are imperative in this position.We want to hear from you if:

Develop and execute strategic pursuit plansPreparation, using InDesign, of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials for new business development.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.Manage and maintain the firm's brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.Coordinate the creation of compelling content, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content for marketing initiatives.Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Plan and create collateral and promotional materials for industry conferences and speaking engagements.Maintenance of Digital Assets including project portfolio updates and photography coordination.Qualifications
5+ years relevant experience in a marketing or business development roleProficiency in print and digital graphic design with demonstrated experience in composition and layout for multi-page, magazine style formatsAdvanced user of Adobe InDesignExperience with Digital Asset ManagementA degree in marketing, graphic design, or communications is preferred.Previous experience within design or construction industries is preferredCritical thinkingExcellent writing, editing and proofreading skillsExcellent organizational and planning skillsAbility and willingness to learn new softwareSalary and benefits:
