Product
( Watch) Designer
is a full-time, salaried position who reports to the Senior Director of Product Design and works alongside the Product Design team to ideate, design, develop and guide production of our watches. This role is based in Dallas, Texas and is hybrid, which requires 3 in-office days and allows for 2 remote days.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with the Senior Director of Product to provide design ideas and bring them to market through the development process
Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager of Product to ensure all product development projects are completed timely
Establish a healthy balance between conceptual ideation and manufacturing
Create 3D prints to provide to stakeholders for input to further refine designs
Occasionally provide guidance and coaching to other junior level Designers.
Communicate with internal and external partners, including suppliers, to ensure we maintain timelines
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Jewelry Design
Must have 4-5 years of watch or jewelry design experience
Must be proficient with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Must be proficient in Solidworks
Not required, but nice to have - experience with Keyshot
Must be organized, highly detail oriented, and able to manage time efficiently
