Most importantly, RHINO’s exhibit humility, as in order for the business to succeed here, it takes EVERYONE!We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for Diamonds Direct across a variety of media.The Senior Graphic Designer role encompasses the entire process of visualizing and creating campaign graphics including illustrations, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our website, print materials, digital assets, and more.Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirementsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop compelling, on-brand illustrations and other designsWork with copywriters and creative team to produce final designTest graphics across various mediaAmend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics fit requirementsManage junior graphic designers to ensure assets are delivered on time and on-themeRequirements and Skills:

Proven graphic designing experienceA strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesDegree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
