If so, then we are looking for you!Design ConsultantThe Design Consultant works within our mobile showrooms to help our customers with the design and selection of our flooring products. Rite Rug is one of the largest privately owned flooring retailers in America, and the support is tremendous. If you really want to be paid what you are worth, then we want to talk to you!Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (our top performers earn $150K+!) Salary + CommissionPOSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for coordinating the selection and sales process along with building and maintaining customer relationships.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Develop and maintain positive customer relationshipsConduct sales to outside retail customers, B2B sales, and area realtorsDetermine customers' needs and match appropriately with our productsPromote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and servicesTake measurements for installationReceive and process payments according to Rite Rug proceduresFollow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfactionDevelop a thorough knowledge of all flooring productsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalentFlooring experience preferredMust have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a company vehicleMust be a self-starter and a people personBe able to multi-task and prioritize the duties requiredExhibit effective oral and written communication skillsBe able to work independently and problem solveBe comfortable working with and learning computer systemsMust be eager to learn and to grow!Desired Qualifications:Experience using Measure Square or RFMS Measure softwareThis position will offer a base salary plus commission structure and training will be provided.
