Fleet Manager

who will collaborate with several business stakeholders, and match use cases with mobility solutions to oversee and support Lucid’s Marketing and PR Internal Fleet. This role will report to Lucid’s Director of Global Fleet Management and will manage the full life-cycle and all the day-to-day aspects of Lucid’s Marketing and PR fleet, quality control, asset management, and all things operations, transportation, and delivery to support our Marketing and PR efforts.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s mission and brand goals and act as a liaison between the Global Fleet Management department and the Marketing and PR teams.Develop and support vehicle allocation and operations plan for all marketing and PR assets, coordinating with teams that include, but are not limited to, marketing, press, sales, service, and logistics.Create and own a strategic vehicle allocation plan for all Marketing and PR vehicles, coordinating with internal stakeholders.Implement a life-cycle for Marketing and PR vehicles, including the in-fleeting of new vehicles and the de-fleeting process.Maintain an accurate inventory of all Marketing and PR Internal Fleet throughout the various stages of its life-cycle.Oversee all in-fleeting activities, including timely new vehicle acceptance, PDI, tag installation, and other proprietary items that prepare the vehicle for field use.Manage all de-fleeting activities, including timely inspection, reconditioning, plate removal, and vehicle movement, to support the sellable inventory strategy.Direct the creation of work orders that define the work scope for preparing vehicles and ensuring they meet the quality standards of the Marketing and PR teams.Plan, direct, and monitor preventive maintenance, body repair, software updates, and other work for all internal vehicles.Develop and implement a quality assessment program for all marketing vehicles prior to public use.Manage all marketing test drive vehicles, tracking allocation, preparation, assignment, usage, maintenance, and reporting.Liaison with the PR and Media teams for all vehicle tracking allocation, preparation, usage, and maintenance.Manage vehicle maintenance and transportation with 3rd Party Vendors in key markets.Manage external 3rd Party Vendors for regional marketing fleet vehicle operations and storage.Oversee the maintenance, licensing, regulatory vehicle compliance, and vehicle health.Support the Marketing and PR teams by frequently traveling to different locations to manage the fleet, troubleshoot, and rework Internal Fleet vehicles if necessary.Monitor and analyze vehicle allocation and usage.Develop and implement a mileage log and all internal service records.Work closely with the Global Fleet Technology, Data & Finance team to create tools and processes needed to support tracking company-owned vehicles.Develop and own periodic inventory audit processes.Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner.Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support the business.Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively formulate effective action plans to deal with issues.Flexible and able to work under pressure to balance competing priorities with strong organizational skills. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously.Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative work environment.Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the team's greater good.Produce/review various performance reports to drive results.Must have a Team/collaboration-based approach to decision-making.Strong attention to detail.Proactively work to organize, respond to needs, and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom they support.Ability to work independently and within a team.Must have a "Can Do" attitude with a willingness to assist others in completing activities as needed.Reports to an office.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Skills / Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in fleet operations, business planning, or a similar role.Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and ERP Management.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Manage strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations.Demonstrated ability to leverage fleet systems and tools.Understanding of the automotive industry, vehicle systems and technology, and compliance requirements.Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Additional Compensation and Benefits : Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
