We are looking to hire a highly motivated, reliable, detailed-oriented Marketing Manager responsible for the overall operations of our marketing department, specifically our social media. This includes improving our current social media, monitoring how campaigns/ads are doing, creating monthly emails and blogs, going to job sites and taking professional photos of our work, bringing new ideas to the table, and overall making our marketing department flourish.

The marketing manager will be part of all aspects of our marketing plans such as TV, billboards, newspaper, and all other marketing endeavors. This job does include occasionally going out to jobs to create content.

Responsibilities:

Posting on all of our social media platforms.

Going out to jobs and collecting content for all platforms (photos, before and after, videos of completed work as well as guys working, drone footage, etc.).

Developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and company.

Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

Creating new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

Analyzing data such as TV campaigns and Google Analytics.

Responding to all customer comments and reviews.

Acquiring customer testimonials.

Writing blogs for all three websites as well as creating monthly emails to send out for each company.

Updating our billboards.

Refreshing our websites with new content, header photos, and working with Trimark to create new pages when needed.

Staying up to date with all the latest marketing trends.

Creating a marketing plan/budget for each year with recommendations for where we should be spending our money.

Adjusting the marketing plan for that month accordingly based on performance.

Coming to meetings each week with new ideas and a plan/schedule of what will be released to our customers each week.

Creating social media ads as well as paid Google boots to promote products each week/month.

Keeping track of our ROI for things like paid Google ads, landing pages, and social media ads.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

7+ years’ experience with digital marketing preferred.

Use and working knowledge of a range of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and best practices.

Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present key findings (quantitative and analytical skills).

Strong oral and written communicator, comfortable providing clear feedback grounded in strategy.

Exhibits strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Strategic & agile thinker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
