Light & Wonder is seeking a dynamic Graphic Design Manager to lead a team of established Creators and advance our brand within the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a robust design background, and the ability to innovate and produce high-quality creative work. Working closely with the Director of Global Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams, this individual will ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing materials while mentoring a talented Creative team to bring our games and products to life.Essential Job Functions:

Manage and inspire a team of established creatives, driving them towards excellence.Provide clear creative feedback and direction, fostering a collaborative and open team environment.Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.Delegate tasks effectively, leveraging people management practices to optimize team performance.Develop and maintain high-quality design work for printed materials, advertisements, brochures, sales collateral, and training materials.Drive creative improvements and innovations to enhance the Light & Wonder brand and product visibility.Collaborate with the Tradeshows team to create visual solutions for booth and event productions.Recommend and manage creative strategies, ensuring final production and output meet company standards.Partner with cross-functional team members to ensure brand consistency and advocate for brand standards.Communicate design rationale with partners and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships across departments.Ensure attention to detail across creative approvals and feedback to maintain brand integrity.Develop and implement processes to enhance design solutions and workflow efficiency.Demonstrate a growth mindset and a desire to learn, adapting to changing creative assignments while maintaining quality.Manage a large portfolio of brands and products, understanding and advocating for our games and products.Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts or Graphic Design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Graphic Design, with at least 3 years in people management.Preferred Experience:

Gaming, Agency, or corporate marketing experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and 2D design for the gaming industry.Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.Self-motivated, capable of managing projects with little supervision, and adaptable to evolving creative assignments.Demonstrates strong organizational context and goal understanding.Ability to drive meetings and ensure team alignment.Proven track record of bold decision-making and driving change.Passion for casino gaming and the ability to infuse this into creative work.Physical Requirements:
