Manager, Graphic Design.The

Manager, Graphic Design

is responsible for implementing the

ADLM

brand in print and digital materials and communications to convey

ADLM

messages with high visual impact. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications & PR, the Manager, Graphic Design works with all

ADLM

departments towards implementing project design requirements on projects funneled through the Communications/PR and Marketing departments.Responsibilities:

Ensures

ADLM ’s brand guidelines are consistently applied across all association materials.Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to ensure completion of

ADLM

promotional materials.Creates and edits videos to clearly convey

ADLM

brand and campaign messaging.Designs direct marketing materials for print and online promotion of

ADLM

products and services.Designs corporate brochures and other pieces to support

ADLM ’s business development initiatives.Manages in-house photo library to categorize and track photo usage.Develops membership program collateral for print and digital applications.Designs journals covers and collateral materials.Designs support materials as needed for advocacy initiatives.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from accredited college or university program in fine arts or graphic design. We will consider work experience in lieu of degree.5 years work experience in graphic design.Strong understanding of video, graphic design, and layout skills using a variety of software applications, including Adobe Creative Suite.Prior experience in a non-profit environment and a knowledge of, or interest in, science and/or medicine is preferred.Must have prior experience managing multiple, simultaneous complex projects and meeting strict deadlines.Requires extensive familiarity with video, graphic design and desktop publishing software. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Audition, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.Ability to work with staff and vendors to design and implement graphics in support of program objectives.ADLM
