About The Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Terminal Solutions will have an innate ability to distill the value of software and service solutions to create and communicate compelling value messaging for customers, prospects, partners, analysts, and internal audiences. The ideal candidate will manage ongoing alignment of products and services with the needs, trends, and preferences of assigned markets and market segments, specifically focusing on our Terminal Operation System (TOS), Execution and Visibility Platform (EVP) and related product lines and offerings.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of assigned markets and segments to develop effective go-to-market plans and productize offerings that drive sustainable market share. They will leverage credible resources and relationships to maintain a high level of awareness and familiarity with key internal and external influencers – including operations capabilities, economic shifts, compliance and regulatory issues, and relevant technology advances. The ideal candidate will develop and execute segment and account-specific growth strategies and plans to increase customer engagement, improve relationships, build brand equity, drive faster closes, and improve win rates.This role will work closely and cross-functionally with our Demand Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management organizations. Demonstrated success working within cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams is key.

Scope of Role

Product positioning and messaging. Identify software and service solutions value propositions and translate them into compelling messaging for customers, prospects, partners, analysts, and internal audiences.Market research and analysis. Develop a deep understanding of assigned markets and segments to create effective go-to-market plans and productize offerings.Go-to-Market strategy. Execute segment growth strategies to increase customer engagement, build brand equity, drive faster opportunity closes, and improve win rates.Sales enablement. Develop and provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to sell the product effectively.Content creation. Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments, personas, the competitive environment, and market intelligence.Conduct continuous monitoring of market segments and analyze the impact of trends, compliance, and other influencers.Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned markets and market segments and related product and services offerings.Generate business cases, overall market segment strategies, pricing strategies, and associated go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Maintain accurate market and market segment profiles to drive decision-making, including TAM/SAM sizing.Develop effective positioning, packaging, and go-to-market plans to drive commercialization and growth.Work with product management to define goals and metrics for product launches and to inform product roadmap based on market and competitive intelligence.Create materials that highlight product features and benefits and develop sales enablement tools for multiple sales channels.Work with the GTM team to run targeted outbound campaigns by product segment and key accounts.Serve as the primary content and subject resource for thought leadership and demand generation efforts.Assist the GTM team in developing and evolving messaging, collateral, sales aids, sales scripts, etc.Train the sales teams on articulating solution benefits to customers and prospects.Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 7-10 years of progressive experience in B2B product marketing. Experience in SaaS preferred.Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in building rigorous data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Hands-on experience in developing and executing segment strategies and strong value propositions to drive awareness and demand generation.Demonstrated proficiency, aptitude, and instinct for identifying relevant market segment drivers and indicators.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in product marketing within the supply chain execution software market.
