We’re seeking a passionate web content manager who can help us bring to life our content through web content and digital strategies that amplify Freddie Mac while advancing business objectives. The digital communications team is the connective tissue that unites Freddie Mac’s purpose, products and services in a cohesive manner.We take our role as a voice of Freddie Mac seriously and know the importance we play in our role as stewards of Freddie Mac’s profile and reputation.Website Strategy and Management

Oversee the maintenance, optimization and continual improvement of corporate web properties.

Work closely with product leads, developers, UX experts and web designers to create new digital experiences, roll out website enhancements, and report and resolve bugs.

Help develop and manage the execution of website strategy to support corporate communication initiatives and strategic goals.

Lead cross-functional teams on website projects throughout their full lifecycle, from conceptualization, design and requirements gathering to validation, rollout and sunset.

Provide expertise to other business divisions, as needed, on how to manage and optimize their web properties to improve user experience and ensure a cohesive enterprise approach.

Develop and implement SEO strategy, in collaboration with the digital strategy and content teams.

Act as a liaison between business leads and technology teams and vendors to ensure website projects meet requirements and are delivered on time.

Manage third-party vendors to support website technology and domain management.

Monitor, make optimization recommendations and create executive-level reports on performance of web properties.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of related experience.

College degree in marketing, communications, digital media or other relevant subject.

Expert knowledge of website operations, information architecture and content management systems. Experience with Drupal a plus.

Strong understanding of website design principles and accessibility standards. Experience working on WCAG AA or AAA websites a plus.

Experience with web analytics and UX/UI optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, user survey tools, heat-mapping tools, and web design and iteration tools such as Figma and InVision.

Strong understanding of search engine optimization and familiarity with SEO tools. Experience with Moz a plus.

Experience translating complex technical information to make it understandable to business partners.

Experience managing third-party vendors.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and flexibility.

The ability to adapt to change quickly and tackle unfamiliar requests with a positive attitude and resourcefulness.

Strong time and project management skills.

Public Relations agency, media relations and/or Capitol Hill experience a plus.

site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $90,000 - $136,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.#J-18808-Ljbffr
