Kuali is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Kuali Student suite, drive customer engagement, and ensure our solutions are effectively communicated to the market. This role is critical in driving user adoption, growth, and revenue.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the eRA market.Launch integrated campaigns to generate sales pipeline and drive revenue.Manage campaign planning and determine targeting and messaging to drive net-new leads, nurture existing leads, and most importantly, convert leads into high-quality MQLs that sales can run with.Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition and develop the tools that support successful salesGo-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including target audience segmentation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to competeDemand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your productStorytelling – Spend time with partners and customers discovering their stories and strategically communicating with them through creative content production.Sales and Marketing Content – From the website, to thought-leader publications, sales data sheets, proposals and demonstrations, you’ll own the creation of content that drives growth for Kuali Student products.Customer Communications – You’ll work with the product team to create content to nurture relationships and add value.Event Strategy: Plan and manage Kuali’s presence at key industry events, such as research administration and/or ed tech conferences.Analytics and Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measurement tools to track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales and customer success to ensure alignment on product messaging and strategy.Representing and demonstrating Kuali values, brand, and mission
