Performance Marketing Director
Job Description
The growth marketing director is responsible for B2SMB demand generation & customer acquisition through digital channels. The marketing channels include, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, programmatic display/video, affiliate, and content syndication. The candidate will manage a team of 4 to run performance driven marketing campaign and run iterative optimization test, and partner with a large global team of experts to optimize media mix and media buy.This is a highly influential and senior leadership role who needs to lead an agile process for multiple large squads with member from global creative & media team. This role reports to the VP of Performance Marketing of North America.

Responsibility*Digital acquisition strategy, execution & forecast*Global digital channel collaboration & optimization*Local digital channel execution & optimization
Qualification*10+ year of experience of performance/digital marketing*In-depth paid search, paid social & affiliate marketing experience*In-depth multi-touch attribution & incrementality test experience*In-depth performance-driven creative/copy production experience*Excellent leadership, influential and communication skill.*Excellent business logic and data analytics skill
